How it works

A drop is a preorder window with a start and an end.

You decide what's on the menu, how many you'll make, when orders open and close, and when and where people pick up.

For sellers

1

Set up your shop

Sign up, connect payouts through Stripe, add your items and pickup locations, and theme your storefront with your logo and colors.

2

Build a drop

Pick the menu and quantities, set limits per customer and per pickup window, and schedule when orders open.

3

Share and sell

Post your link. Subscribers get a text when the drop opens. Orders are paid in full before you start baking.

4

Run pickup day

Work from an automatic prep list and pickup roster, and check customers in by name or QR code.

For customers

Sign up for alerts

Follow a shop by text so you know the moment a drop opens. Opting in is always optional, and you can reply STOP at any time.

Order and pay ahead

Pick your items and a pickup time, then pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Check out as a guest or sign in.

Pick up

You'll get an order confirmation and pickup reminders by text and email. Show your QR code or give your name at pickup.

What it costs

Free to sign up, no monthly fee. Dropple earns a small service fee on each order, which the customer pays at checkout by default. Card processing is charged by Stripe. Sellers can choose to cover the service fee themselves.
