Terms of Service
Effective October 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and VitaLinkSoftware L.L.C. ("Dropple", "we", "us") for using dropple.cc, Dropple storefronts and related services. By using Dropple, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
What Dropple is
Dropple is a platform that lets independent sellers ("Shops") offer limited-quantity products for preorder and pickup. Each Shop is an independent business. The Shop, not Dropple, makes, sells and is responsible for its products, including their quality, safety, labeling, allergens and compliance with food and business laws.
For customers
- Orders. When you place an order, you buy from the Shop. Items in your bag are held for a limited time and are not reserved until checkout is complete.
- Payment. You pay in full at checkout, including any sales tax, a Dropple service fee shown before you pay, and any tip you choose. Tips go to the Shop.
- Pickup. You are responsible for picking up your order at the time and place you chose. Missed pickups are handled under the Shop's policy.
- Changes, cancellations and refunds are handled by the Shop under its own policy. Contact the Shop directly.
- Limits. Shops may limit quantities per customer. Using multiple accounts or numbers to get around limits is not allowed and may lead to cancelled orders.
For sellers
- Eligibility. You must be able to form a binding contract, provide accurate business information and complete Stripe's onboarding to receive payouts.
- Your responsibilities. You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, permits, licenses, food safety, taxes not collected by Dropple, and honoring your orders.
- Fees. Signing up is free. Dropple charges a service fee on each order, paid by the customer by default or by you if you choose. Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe. Current fees are shown in your seller dashboard.
- Payouts are made through Stripe Connect and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement.
- Customer messages. Text messages to your customers are sent by Dropple under our SMS program. You may not upload contacts or send messages without the consent required by law and by our policies.
Acceptable use
Don't use Dropple to sell illegal or prohibited items, to mislead people, to interfere with the service (including bots or automated buying), or to violate anyone's rights. We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that break these terms.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you post, such as photos and descriptions. You give Dropple a license to host and display it to operate and promote the service.
Disclaimers
Dropple is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Dropple is not responsible for products sold by Shops.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Dropple is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Dropple in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. You may stop using Dropple at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
